These Terms govern your use of Vessant AI (“Vessant,” “we”). By creating an account, joining a community, or creating a community, you agree to them.
Vessant is a platform that lets creators (“community owners”) build and run a branded community — lessons, an AI coach, and members — under a single Vessant account and a shared discovery page. Vessant provides the platform; each community’s content, teaching, and interactions with its members are the responsibility of that community’s owner, not Vessant.
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. One Vessant account can join or own multiple communities.
If you create a community, you’re solely responsible for the content you upload (lessons, media, AI coach configuration) and for how you represent your community, pricing, and services to your members. You may not use Vessant to teach, sell, or promote anything illegal, or to run services unrelated to education/coaching that this platform isn’t built for.
Each community may configure an AI coach that answers member questions using that community’s own content and, where configured, the community owner’s own AI provider credentials. AI-generated responses can be wrong or incomplete. They are not professional, financial, medical, or legal advice, and neither the community owner nor Vessant guarantees their accuracy.
Vessant is currently in early beta. Features may change, break, or be removed with limited notice. We’ll do our best to communicate changes that affect your community or your data directly.
You may delete a community you own at any time; this permanently removes its content and member data. We may suspend accounts or communities that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Vessant is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, during this beta period. To the extent permitted by law, Vessant isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
