Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: name and email, used for authentication.
• Community content: lessons, media, branding, and other content a community owner uploads.
• Progress & activity: lesson completion, streaks, and achievements, so your progress is saved.
• AI chat & memory: messages you send an AI coach, and any facts the AI coach records about you to personalize future answers within that community. This memory is private to you — not visible to the community owner or other members.

How it’s used

To run the product: authenticate you, show you the communities you’ve joined, track your progress, and let an AI coach answer your questions using the content of that specific community and, where relevant, your own chat history with it.

Third parties we rely on

Supabase hosts our database, authentication, and file storage. AI coach responses are generated via a language-model provider, using the relevant community’s content and, where configured, the community owner’s own API credentials. We don’t sell your data to anyone.

Who can see what

Community owners can see their own community’s member list, progress, and content members submit within that community. They cannot see your private AI coach memory, your activity in other communities, or your Vessant account credentials.

Data deletion

Deleting a community permanently removes its content and member data. To delete your account or request a copy of your data, contact us via the support link inside your community.
